  • Researched corporate, intellectual property and investment law for prospective cross-border projects involving Asian jurisdictions.
  • Assessed legal requirements for market entry, licensing and commercial arrangements; prepared research memoranda and materials for project planning.
  • Reviewed corporate records and supporting documents, built factual chronologies and identified evidence gaps for legal analysis.

The projects remained at the research and preparation stage. In June 2026, the team and its Asia-focused work moved to Moscow Legal Center Bar Association.
